In June 2022, partners from the CORDIAL consortium published a review that shows the potential of the technology but also the need for clinical evidence. 

The review provides an introduction into continuous flow peritoneal dialysis (CFPD) and overview of the currently available evidence for the clinical safety and benefit of the technology. In summary, the technology shows potential but there is a need for well-designed clinical trials.
