We are ready for the ‘first-in-human’ study in 2023! After extensive developing and testing, the WEAKID peritoneal dialysis system is ready to be tested by actual dialysis patients.

Usability test in Madrid, Spain

On the 8th and 9th of November, usability tests were performed at SERMAS in Madrid, Spain, with 2 nurses and 2 patients.

On 22 and 23 April 2022, Karin Gerritsen (UMCU) and Frank Simonis (Nanodialysis) presented the CORDIAL project and PD system at the home dialysis congress in Cologne, Germany.
